Anipang 2, which introduced a new block design and calculation engine for the first time in 7 years since Season 2, replaced the square blocks on the 9X11 puzzle board with round-edged blocks using primary colors in Season 3. The block change, which increases visibility and adds fun to the puzzle board, is considered the most notable change in Season 3 along with the calculation engine change that adds action and speed to screen operation and block destruction.
The in-game event currently underway to commemorate the 11th anniversary has also received a great response, recording over 1.7 million entries in just ten days. Woo Kyung-hoon, Wemade Play Marketing Team Leader, said, "This event, which allows you to receive entry items just by playing puzzles, is expected to set a record for the largest number of event entries since the release of 'Anipang 2' by the end of next month."
