Neptune's 'Cat Office' Named 'Best Tycoon Game' at Sensor Tower Awards

Neptune (Respective CEOs Kang Yul-bin and Jeong Wook) announced on the 18th that the mobile game 'Office Cat: Idle Tycoon' developed and serviced by its subsidiary Tripla (CEO Heo San) was selected as the 'Best Tycoon Game' at the APAC Awards 2024 selected by the global mobile data analysis platform Sensor Tower. selected as the best tycoon game in the APAC region, is a game in which you decorate multiple offices, manage cat employees, and grow your business. The goal is to become the richest person through effective management and strategy. By adding an idle production method to the management simulation game, players can generate profits even when they are offline, allowing them to continuously grow their business.

The game, which was released globally in May 2024, surpassed KRW 20 billion in cumulative sales and 8 million cumulative downloads in just six months since its launch. Based on the 6 months since launch, the highest daily active users (DAU) were 300,000, and the average daily active users were around 250,000. In terms of sales, the US (35%), Korea (20%), and Japan (14%) account for close to 70%.



Cat Office ranked 1st in Korea, 2nd in Japan, and 4th in the US among simulation genre mobile games based on Google Play. It was also ranked within the top 10 popular games in 20 countries as a simulation genre mobile game based on the Apple App Store.



Heo San, CEO of Tripla, said, "We developed Cat Office with the goal of making it a game that anyone can enjoy easily and enjoyably. We will do our best to provide special experiences to more users through this award."
